The Whitecaps Academy is ran by the KESA's Technical Director and Whitecaps coach Austin Duffy. Austin is a great asset to our area and is passionate about helping players grow to reach their potential. Players are encouraged to participate in the academy to aide in skill development. KESA is the umbrella organization for youth soccer in the East Kootenays. We operate the KESA House Soccer Program (for ages 3-16 years of age) and Kootenay Rovers REP (ages 13-18) ; Development Programs (ages 9-12) and fall/winter adult/women's soccer. KESA owns and operates New Dawn Place which is available for all types of indoor activities.
